IIRC, that's one of the Hanson ("MMMBop," don't pretend it's not in your head right now) kids as David. Another brother is in the audience.
I think the announcer in the press box is another Hanson brother. Also, this was terrible.

Anyone else spot the kid in the Jurassic Park t-shirt? That was my second favorite part behind David using tiny pebbles to slay the giant.
