“I don’t plan _again_ to do no wrong” – that kind of old-time, working class phrasing, so often to be heard in old blues and gospel numbers, always knocks me out. Thanks, DZ.

Nice. Nice. Nice. Thanks DZ. And Dorothy!

Dorothy Love Coates was Peter Gomes’ favorite singer. Her song, “On Time God” was his favorite. “He’s an on time God, oh yes He is. He’s an on time God, oh yes He is. He may not come when you want Him, but He’s always right on time. He’s an on time God, oh yes He is.”
