JZ- I'm glad to know that your greyhound has converted you to dog-lover. I still vividly remember driving to Nemacolin and you explaining to me why dogs have no value because they don't response to imputation!
These really are great sermons! Birmingham (well at least The Advent) has been "a buzz" about them since.
My dog eats his own poop then licks me in the face, but I love him anyway. So, with that background, I look forward to listening to the sermon.

On a side note re: the dog sermon. (this bit of info didn't make the cut, but is perhaps amusing)
There is a uniquely positive dog-mention in the Apocrypha's book of Tobit. Conceivably, that's why Tobit is not part of the cannon? 😉
One might even suggest that a love of dogs can be associated with the RCC, with distaste for them being more Protestant.
